FEBRUARY 2009 Employee of the Month

Melvin was recently promoted to the Night Crew. The shop had recently had the fourth member, an HVAC Tech move on to another job, and the other two members have been gone from work due to health issues. Melvin has done an excellent job carrying on with assigned work, the constant emergency calls and random unlocks. He has also had to supervise an outside vendor to load bank the generators on campus, a job that didn’t originate from him. He has picked up this large job that involves all the generators on campus and done a great job seeing that it is done. He has also continued with all the normal PM’s the shop has. For these reasons, Melvin Russell is our FM employee of the month for October 2008.
