Print Your Own Sign Insert

• This insert only works with the standard 8 ½ x 4 ½ ADA sign insert found on most campus doorways and interior entrances.
  
  
• Click on the Sign Insert Template file at the bottom of the screen. Because the insert is written in MS word, all standard Word tools and functions are active.
  
  
• Using your own information, overwrite the words Name, Title and Department. Overwrite the << arrows >> as well.
  
  
• Do not add any information to the remaining blank spaces on the template. This spacing must remain blank in order for the insert to correctly match the format of the sign holder.
  
  
• When all information has been correctly entered, print the insert. Insert looks best when generated on a laser jet printer.
  
  
• To make another insert, overwrite the just printed information with information for the next insert, and print again.
